-
- Why can't I delete or edit my card?
-
- You can't edit or delete a card because Kasheesh needs to keep a record of it for accounting purposes.
-
- Connecting your cards to Plaid.
-
- If your card is connected to Plaid, it will show the available limit for that card.
- If Plaid does not currently support your card, Kasheesh will designate a $3,000.00 limit for that card.
- If your card is not linked through Plaid or there is an issue with Plaid mapping your account correctly, we cannot pull the data from your card provider. Therefore, your 'Available Limit' on your Kasheesh account may not accurately reflect your actual available credit limit.
-
- I accidentally deleted a card from my account.

- If you wish to undelete a card, please reach out to support@kasheesh.co.
