How do refunds work with Kasheesh?

We refund the amounts to the cards the same way you specified at the point of purchase. 

For example, you made a $500.00 purchase split evenly over 5 cards ($100.00 each). If the merchant issued a full refund, $100.00 would be refunded to each of the 5 cards. 

How do partial refunds work with Kasheesh?

Partial refunds function the same as a full refund.

However you allocated the funds for each card at the time of purchase is the same allocation that Kasheesh will use if a refund is processed. 

For example, you made a purchase for $1,000.00, $500.00 on one card, and $250.00 split across 2 other cards. If $500.00 of that transaction were refunded, $250.00 would be refunded to one card, and $125.00 would be refunded to the other 2 cards. 

Please note:

• We issue a refund the same day we receive a refund notification from the merchant. 

• Refunds are sent back to the cards used to make the purchase, even if the card in question is no longer on your profile or is expired.
