Transaction decline reasons:
The holds placed on your cards should be released within 3-5 business days. Typically your account activity will show an 'expiration date' for the pending hold. Your card's expiration does not affect funds being returned to you or holds released.
- The transaction amount doesn't match the amount of the Kasheesh single-use card generated.
- Please create a new single-use card for the transaction and double-check the totals match at the final point of checkout on the merchant's page and the Kasheesh extension. You can manually adjust the total in the extension if they don't match.
- Our card issuer restricts the transaction.
- Financial Transactions - I.e., Giftcards, Payment Services, etc.
- The hold/s on your card/s will be released in 3-5 business days.
- Full list of restricted transactions and businesses.
- The single-use card issued by Kasheesh is closed
- You have already attempted to use this card to complete a transaction.
- The holds placed on your cards could not be captured, or they are canceled or expired.
- Your card has 3D Secure in place.
- Billing address mismatch
- If a transaction is denied because your address doesn't match. or the information is incorrect; please use the following address: 5 W 20th St, New York, NY 10011.
- The holds Kasheesh placed on your cards were canceled.
- In most use-case scenarios, the hold expired (usually after seven days).
- In most use-case scenarios, the hold expired (usually after seven days).
- Unable to capture funds from holds placed on your card/s.
- Funds may have already been captured.
- The card issuer has not allowed a hold to be placed.
- Non-retail transactions are currently not allowed on your account.
- Please get in touch with us if you are unsure why these transactions are being denied.
- You have met the daily transaction limit.
