Why is my account locked?

  • Our system has recognized that you have a duplicate account. The secondary account will be disabled, while the original account will remain active.
  • Our system has recognized the same card information on more than one account. 
    • We will send you an email to correct the error before locking your account. 
  • You have disputed a transaction that was processed through Kasheesh. We will enable your Kasheesh account once the dispute is resolved. 
  • There is an outstanding balance owed to Kasheesh. 
  • Our system has recognized noticeable fraud on your Kasheesh account. 

Please note: You cannot log into your Kasheesh account if you are outside of the US.
