- Automatic Refund: We will automatically process a refund to your account within 2-3 business days if the card remains unused.
- Note: It may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on the financial institution used to create the Single-Use Card.
- Immediate Assistance: If you need the refund processed sooner, please reach out to our support team. We're happy to help expedite the process for you.
Additional Tips:
- Tracking Refunds: You can track the status of your refund in your account dashboard under the "Transactions" section. It will be marked as "Inactive".
