What happens if I don't use the single-use card I created?

If you don’t use the single-use card you created, here’s what you can expect:

  • Automatic Refund: We will automatically process a refund to your account within 2-3 business days if the card remains unused. 
    • Note: It may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on the financial institution used to create the Single-Use Card.
  • Immediate Assistance: If you need the refund processed sooner, please reach out to our support team. We're happy to help expedite the process for you.

Additional Tips:

  • Tracking Refunds: You can track the status of your refund in your account dashboard under the "Transactions" section. It will be marked as "Inactive". 

By providing these details, we aim to ensure a seamless experience even if you don't end up using your single-use card.
