A temporary hold is placed on your cards when you:
Click "Charge It!"
Click "Create Card"
This is a temporary hold placed on a portion of the funds or available credit in a cardholder’s account to confirm the consumer has the funds available to cover the purchase. They are released when the transaction is settled, declined, or uncaptured. (Read more on hold releases below)
Holds Released -
- 3-5 business days if your transaction is declined.
Contact our support team to request a manual hold release.
- Within 7 days, if the Kasheesh card is unused
You can access your Kasheesh cards in your dashboard.
Contact our support team to close the card and request a manual hold release.
*Typically, your account activity will show an 'expiration date' for the pending hold. Your card's expiration does not affect funds being returned to you or holds released.*
